Every year, thanks to the generosity of area churches, schools, and philanthropic groups, HCS Family Services provides holiday gifts to individuals and families who rely on our food pantries and do not have the means to purchase gifts for themselves or their children. More than 800 individuals are helped through our Holiday Gift Assistance Program each year.
Who is eligible to receive gifts in 2022?
If you received food from one of our food pantries (Hinsdale or Willowbrook) at least three (3) times between January 1, 2022 and August 15, 2022, you are eligible to apply for holiday assistance.
How do I apply for holiday assistance?
Registration forms will be available starting August 22, 2022, and due by September 15, 2022. Registration forms will be handed out at our food distributions.
