Eligibility Guidelines for 2025
Every year, thanks to the generosity of area churches, schools, and philanthropic groups, HCS Family Services provides holiday gifts to individuals and families who rely on our food pantries and do not have the means to purchase gifts for themselves or their children. More than 800 individuals are helped through our Holiday Gift Assistance Program each year.
Who is eligible to receive gifts in 2025?
If you received food from one of our food pantries (Hinsdale or Willowbrook) at least SIX (6) times between January 13, 2025 and August 15, 2025, you are eligible to apply for holiday assistance.
How do I apply for holiday assistance?
Registration forms for our Holiday Gift Assistance Program will be distributed on the following dates at HCS Food Pantry, 22 N. Elm St. Hinsdale or Anne M. Jeans School, 16W631 91st St., Willowbrook:
9/9/25 Tuesday 4:00-6:00 Anne M. Jeans
9/11/25 Thursday 4:00-6:00 Anne M. Jeans
9/16/25 Tuesday 4:00-6:00 HCS Food Pantry
9/18/25 Thursday 4:00-6:00 HCS Food Pantry
NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER OCTOBER 6, 2025.
