Every year, thanks to the generosity of area churches, schools, and philanthropic groups, HCS Family Services provides holiday gifts to individuals and families who rely on our food pantries and do not have the means to purchase gifts for themselves or their children. More than 800 individuals are helped through our Holiday Gift Assistance Program each year.
Who is eligible to receive gifts in 2021?
If you received food from one of our food pantries at least once between January 1, 2021, and September 30, 2021, you are eligible to apply for holiday assistance.
How do I apply for holiday assistance?
Applications will be available starting October 11, 2021, and ending October 22, 2021. Due to COVID-19, we will be unable to provide further details about how to sign up for the pantry until June of 2021. Please check back for more details.
